1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and maggie8 (hereinafter referred to as "maggie8", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at maggie8.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or bonus terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

2 Definitions

• "Account" — a registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" — any natural person who has created and maintains an Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" — deposited funds held within the Player's Account that may be used for wagering or withdrawn subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional funds, free spins equivalents, or other incentive credits credited to a Player's Account that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total amount a Player must wager using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before withdrawal approval.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Company's policy.

3 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account. The Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. maggie8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or close any Account that cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Personal Account: You must register the Account in your own true legal name. Registering on behalf of another individual, using a fictitious identity, or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Single Account: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited and shall result in the forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts, their permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person: You must not be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or a close associate of a PEP without prior written disclosure to and approval from the Company's compliance team.

4 Registration & Account Management

Upon completing the registration process, you will be issued a unique Account. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. maggie8 shall bear no liability for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• Safeguard your password and not disclose it to any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify maggie8 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensure that your Account is used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise grant access to your Account to any other person.

maggie8 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC submissions are reviewed within one (1) business day under normal circumstances.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gambling activities and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic exploitation purpose.
• You shall not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• You shall not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategy designed to circumvent the Platform's risk management systems.

• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Platform or any component thereof.
• You shall treat other players, dealers, and support staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

maggie8 supports a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account in real time, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• maggie8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges for which the Company accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account owned by and registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before their withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds or associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. FPX and bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on prevailing network congestion.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a method pre-approved through the KYC process.
• maggie8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

maggie8 offers various bonus and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Any Player found to be misusing bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or exploiting promotions in bad faith will have their bonus forfeited and their Account reviewed.
• Each bonus will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. Players must review the specific terms of each promotion before participation.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period. Failure to meet wagering requirements before expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the relevant promotion. Certain game types (such as live casino or specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements.
• maggie8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, provided reasonable notice is given where practicable.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), sports betting markets (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football), poker, bingo, and lottery products — are subject to the following general gameplay rules:

• maggie8 uses certified third-party game providers. Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a market is closed. Odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed and accepted constitute the final odds for that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, maggie8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes equitably. The Company's internal records of game transactions shall be treated as the authoritative reference.
• Wagers placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport's specific rules, as detailed in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• maggie8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a manifest technical failure, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect foul play or system exploitation.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use any maggie8 trademarks, service marks, or logos in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's Intellectual Property may result in legal action and immediate Account termination.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maggie8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of funds resulting from gameplay, wagering decisions, or market outcomes;
• Interruption, suspension, or technical failure of the Platform or associated services;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account by third parties;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawal requests due to third-party payment providers or banking systems, including issues specific to Malaysian banking infrastructure (e.g., FPX system downtime, DuitNow network delays).

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maggie8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12 Termination & Suspension

maggie8 reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any Player's Account where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• The Player's use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• The Player has been found to have submitted false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards staff or other players;
• Required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited where the termination arises from fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct. In all other cases of Account closure, any legitimate Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following satisfactory KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests for responsible gambling purposes are processed separately and given the highest priority.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which maggie8 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing to [email protected], the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, or to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, at the Company's election.

Regardless of where you access the Platform, these Terms represent the entire agreement between you and maggie8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

maggie8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform, by email to the registered Account address, or by posting a prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

The current version of the Terms, together with its effective date, will always be available on this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
